Career Counseling Services

Together we will identify your skills, interests, values, and preferences. Career changes are possible at any time during a person’s life. We will explore potential opportunities and the steps needed to prepare you for a new career direction.

As you embark on a new career journey or apply for a new job, you will learn contemporary job search strategies including resume writing, interview preparation, application submission, and job offer negotiation.

Executive Coaching Services

The first step is to clarify your strengths, working style, and areas for continued development. We will examine your job expectations and establish clear and actionable professional development goals that focus on your strengths and align with your organization’s mission.

Professional growth requires change. We will examine how to utilize effective methods to manage change in collaboration with your team and colleagues.

Fees

  • During your first 30-minute complimentary session, we will discuss your goals and a personalized approach to your career development.

  • Fees are per session and determined by your scope of work. Sessions include a one-hour meeting, my preparation, and post-meeting communication.

  • Together we will develop your customized action plan to help you stay focused and move forward with confidence towards your goals.

  • You may wish to gain deeper insights with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or the Strong Interest Inventory, available at an additional fee.

  • I will continue to be your partner throughout your career development journey. After five sessions, I offer a complimentary meeting you may redeem anytime.
